Oakland Luxury Spa Bath Meets Functional Family Bath
HDR Remodeling returned to the home of one of our favorite award-winning projects in which we traded the kitchen and dining room spaces to create a luxury spa bathroom to accommodate a family of four.
BERKELEY SPARKLY SPA BATHROOM REMODEL
2019 Remmies Award Winner
When asked by the Design Team "how do you envision your new bathroom?" our client did not hesitate "I want it to sparkle!". And sparkle it does!
Berkeley Blue Bathroom
Bold blue tile patterns give new life to this previously outdated 1930’s bathroom.
WOODSY CHARM IN KENSINGTON
This bathroom was revitalized with a new vision, carefully curated to meet modern functionality and design while staying true to the whimsical "woodsy" charm of the client's personal aesthetic.
TIMELESS ALAMEDA BATH
This late 1920's Alameda home needed a simple upgrade to bring back the original charm. Our goal was to create a traditional and timeless space with a spa-like feel.
BERKELEY GUEST BATH
2017 Remmies Award Winner
When it came time to turn the semi-finished Berkeley basement into a new media room, the addition of a new guest bathroom seemed like the obvious choice.
OAKLAND GUEST BATH
This downstairs bathroom resided in a forgotten corner off of this Oakland kitchen. When the decision was made to swap the kitchen and dining room, the bathroom was given new life as well.
OAKLAND MASTER BATH SUITE
The existing master bathroom was tiny and outdated. We expanded the master bath and closet into unused attic space to enlarge this Oakland master suite.
MARBLE BERKELEY BATH
This client contacted HDR Remodeling to build a stunning bathroom in Carrara Marble utilizing the existing footprint of this Berkeley space.
The client had been dreaming about a Mediterranean bathroom for the past 10 years. She knew exactly what she wanted and provided our design team with a photograph as our primary inspiration.
TURKISH TILE IN EL CERRITO
2013 CoTY Award Winner
Our challenge was to take a cramped outdated El Cerrito bathroom design and make it more formal and exotic.
