Rand bathroom

The downstairs bathroom resided in a forgotten corner of this Oakland home off of the tiny original kitchen. When the decision was made to take the bold step of swapping the kitchen and dinning room, the bathroom was given new life as well. A small hallway was also created so that the bathroom would be set apart from the new dinning room.
