The deck in Kensington was enlarged to take full advantage of the view and allow space for entertaining guests. The redesign included glass railings for an unobstructed view of the Bay Area.
Our clients wanted to take better advantage of their stunning Berkeley Bay Area views by building a deck on the hill behind their house.
This Oakland home’s available space outside was limited to a narrow sloped hillside. The key design challenge was easy access to a level play and outdoor entertainment space.
