Sacramento Berkeley Home Remodel

Talk about a renovation! This Berkeley home had only one bathroom and the original 1930s kitchen. By taking over the adjoining office, we were able to shift the kitchen over and make space to add a dreamy master bath.

The Berkeley Kitchen

When our clients fell in love with a Walker Zanger countertop in Pearled Leather, all the other details began to fall into place. The kitchen features traditional cabinets in a stunning Farrow & Ball De Nimes Blue that is anything but ordinary. A touch of modern in the island light fixture and kitchen faucet elevates the space further, perfectly marrying the clients unique tastes with classic style.

Matte black plumbing and lighting fixtures create an unexpected and attractive contrast to the more traditional elements of this kitchen. A pot filler faucet above the stove and a cabinet with a custom built, pop-up appliance lift provide extra convenience for these avid cooks.

The Berkeley Master Bath

With square footage captured from their home's original kitchen, the clients gained an entirely new bathroom. They knew exactly what they wanted in this new space and their impeccable taste shines through. From the geometric tiles to the antique brass fixtures, style is abundant in this new space. The pop of blue in the vanity cabinet and shower niche adds the perfect finishing touch.
